HUD has recently made NAID recertification electronic, resulting in the deactivation or suspension of several selling and listing brokers’ NAID Numbers in all areas. Please take a moment to check your recertification date on HUD Homestore and recertify online if needed.

We’d also like you to know that we are unable to promote contracts and reconcile cases that are associated with those affected NAIDs. HUD is diligently working to review and approve all NAID requests as they are received. If you are affected by this, we ask that you help us by explaining to your buyer with full disclosure about why their transaction is delayed and that Sage is working with HUD on the initial implementation of the new process.
