There’s an Important Change to the HUD E-Signature Process

To Selling Agents, an update has been made to the documents required for HUD contract E-signatures. Effective January 1, the Selling Agent is required to obtain and upload a copy of the Title Companies (BSCA) license and Closing Protection Letter. This is similar to how the EMD, Pre-Approval Lender letter or Broker Authorized signer letter is uploaded.
The Title Company’s (BSCA) license and Closing Protection Letter can be found in the checklist (see below).

We are not able to send the Docu-Sign contract if these two documents are not uploaded.
