As of July 1, 2016, Sage Acquisitions has completed broker solicitation and onboarding in all metropolitan areas. We encourage all new brokers to proceed with submitting an application, as we continue to monitor and evaluate performance of our existing panel. There may be also potential opportunities in rural or remote areas as new inventory is received and cannot be assigned to an existing broker within our network.

Inventory cannot be guaranteed, regardless of location.

The following documents are required for upload at the bottom of the application. Please have these documents ready for upload in PDF format before starting the application.

  • IRS W-9
  • Valid Broker's License
  • Proof of Current General Liability Insurance for at least 1 mill
  • Contact information for references to support services selected (3 page limit)
  • Proposal
